If the client wants to register for our services, then the client must be above 18 years of age. Once you register as a client, you certify and confirm that you meet the entire eligibility prerequisites and that the information you provide is authentic and genuine. goodbooks have the sole rights to accept or reject any registrations.

Ownership of Work

The financial books, and any other documents which we are specifically required to prepare, together shall remain your property. Any other documents brought into existence by us including the general ledger and financial documents, will remain the property of Goodbooks.

Confidentiality

All information acquired under this Agreement will be treated as confidential by Goodbooks and will not be disclosed in whole or in part to any third person without the prior written consent of the Client, except to the extent required to be disclosed by law.

INDEMNITY

You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold the Provider, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any and all claims or demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses.

Force Majeure

In the event that the execution of any part of these Terms by either party is avoided, impeded, deferred or generally made impracticable by reason of any surge, riot, fire, legal or administrative activity, disputes, or whatever other causes outside the ability  of either parties control, that party should be excused from such causes.

Products, services, web content and related materials are owned by Goodbooks and/or its licensors, and all rights in such offerings are reserved by Goodbooks and/or its licensors.

Termination

If you do not comply with the Terms of Service, we may terminate your right to access the service without prior notice or liability.
